Write a quick short story about the picture. Be creative and try to include
some of your weekly vocabulary words.

3. 4 Square Word Boxes-Take about 10 minutes to work on your weekly vocabulary assignment.
4. Class Novel-Today we will begin reading our class novel, The Outsiders.
5. Literature Textbook-Grab a red textbook from the bookshelf. Turn to page 5 and read the story titled Names/Nombres. When you have finished reading, go to page 10 and answer ALL 10 questions on a blank piece of paper.
6.Social Studies Warm-Up-In your Norman Social Studies Google doc, answer the following
question:
"Why was the Renaissance such a big deal? What time period came before?"
7. Renaissance-Grab your SS notebooks and let's review and continue looking at the Renaissance.
