1. Free Rice-It's Friday so that means that it is time to play some Free Rice. Play only vocabulary.
2. Weekly Vocabulary-If you have not finished your Word Boxes, now is the time to do so. If you have finished, take this time to study your words. Play some Scatter or Space Race!
3. The Outsiders-Time to read our class novel...
4. Create-A-Quiz- You are going to use all 10 of your Weekly Vocabulary Words to create a vocabulary quiz. Your quiz should contain at least 2 true or false questions and 1 fill in the blank. The rest of the questions should be multiple choice. Your quiz should be on a blank piece of paper.
5. Prefix/Suffix-Now that we are a little more familiar with Prefixes and Suffixes, let's practice!
6. Independent Reading-It's Friday so that means it is time to read your library books.
7. Middle Passage-One of the worst things about the Columbian Exchange and the Triangle Trade was the growth of the African Slave trade. This is what we will be discussing today.
