1. Warm-Up Creative Writing-

Look at the following picture. Write a quick short story about the picture. Be creative and try to include some of your weekly vocabulary words.

 

2. Weekly Vocabulary-Work on those 3x2x1s.

3. Weekly Homework-You are to answer both of the following prompts. You have until Friday to complete your essays. You will write them on a sheet of paper. Each prompt should be properly written and contain at least 12 sentences each.

Essay Prompts

1. Rainsford and the General both love to hunt for sport. Do you think it is fair to hunt and kill an animal just for the fun of it or do you think hunting should only be done for survival? Provide lots of reasons and examples to support your answer.

2. How do you think the Industrial Revolution might have contributed to the to the start of World War 1? Provide reasons why you think the way you do.

4. Plot-Today we are going to look at plot and each of its various elements.

5. Social Studies Warm-Up- Answer the following question:

Which Industrial Revolution invention do you think was the most important? Why do you think so? Provide reasons.

6. Timeline-Continue working on your TimeToast timeline.
