3. Eye of the Beholder-This assignment may seem a bit weird to you guys but whatever...I'm weird so deal with it! Every day since the quarantine has begun, Jackson, Mrs. Norman and I take a break and go outside for a long walk. While we are out, I make Jack forget everything else that is going on and just focus on being out. Then we find one thing that is beautiful or awesome. One day it was the top of a Poplar tree swaying in the breeze. Another day it was a bluebird building a nest. If you slow down and pay attention, these things will present themselves to you. I want you guys to take a break every day and go outside and look for something beautiful and amazing. When you find it, you will know. If you want to, take a picture and email it to me. If you want to write a poem about it and email it to me. If you want to keep this memory for yourself. Just do it. It will do wonders for your sense of well being!
