1. Free Rice Friday- Free Rice time! You can choose your category. Today is our last chance to do some good this school year!

1. NC Write-Take some time to work on your "7th Grade Review" NC Write prompt. This is the last Language Arts prompt of the year, so really make it awesome!

2. Google Docs-We are going to take some time to look over our Language Arts Google doc and see if there are any posts that you may need to finish, may not have done at all, or just want to make better.

3. Homophone Quiz-We will review and then head over to Testmoz and take our quiz.

4. ELA Review-You guys are going to explain in your own words what you have learned in Language Arts.

5. WW2 Review-Let's look at and review our notes. I sense a quiz in your future....

6. Holocaust-We will finally take a look at this dark time in history.

7. Google Docs-We are going to take some time to look over our Social Studies Google doc and see if there are any posts that you may need to finish, may not have done at all, or just want to make better.

8. Year-in-Review-On a blank piece of paper, I want you to write about what you think was the most memorable thing that you learned this year in Social Studies. Why was this thing so memorable? Why do you think it stood out to you? Fully explain your answer and write in complete sentences.

2. Learning Farm-Practice makes perfect. Work on the Summarizing Informational Texts. 

3. Homophones-You are to use your by, bye, buy homophones to create sentences. You need to create 4 sentences for each word. Each sentence should use the word correctly. You will be creating a total of 12 sentences.

4. NC Write-It's time for our last NC Write of the year!. Head over and complete the prompt titled 7th Grade Review.

5. Hunting Discussion - Is all Hunting ethical?

Look at the following links about hunting. On a piece of paper, tell me what you think about hunting. Do you think that it is ethical? Did any of the links change your mind? If you disagree with the opinions found in  the links, tell me why.

6. WW2-Head over to the Wikipedia entry on WW2 battles. Take some time to review the battles. When you have finished reading, pick 6 battles that you thought were the most interesting/important. On a sheet of paper, put the details of each of your six battles in your own words. Who fought in the battle? When and where was it fought? What was its significance?

7. WW2 Project-Keep working on your map project.

1. Article Review-Read the following article. After reading, write a quick review of the article in your Norman Language Arts Google doc. Your review should answer the following questions:

-What was the article's main idea?

-What text structure did the article use?

-Write a brief summary of the idea.

2. Weekly Vocabulary-Keep working on your Act-it-Outs

3. Homophones- Our second set of homophones is by, buy, and bye. Take a few minutes to read some basic rules for by, buy, bye, and then attempt some practice sentences. Finally, try this multiple choice practice quiz to check for understanding.

4. Learning Farm-Keep working on Main Idea and Supporting Details

1. Warm-Up-In your Norman Language Arts Google doc, answer the following question. Make sure to date your post, fully explain your answer, and use complete sentences.



2. Weekly Vocabulary-This is our LAST set of Weekly Vocabulary Words! Take a few minutes and get familiar with them.
