1. Free Rice Friday- Free Rice time! Stay on the Vocabulary category. Mr. Norman may be walking around with some candy...just saying....

2. Weekly Vocabulary-Take this time to finish your project and to study.

3. Outsiders Review-Head over to your Outsiders Google doc and write a review of our class novel. Your review should include your feelings about the book. Did you enjoy the book? If yes, what did you enjoy about it. If no, tell me what you did not like. Also, tell me about your favorite and least favorite characters. Why did you feel this way about these particular characters. And finally, tell me what you thought the theme of the book was and why you think so. Make sure you use complete sentences and fully explain your ideas.

4. Reading Passage-Today our passage will be about the jury system. 

5. NC Write-When you have finished your passage, work on your newest prompt.

6. Social Studies Warm-Up-Answer the following question in your Norman Social Studies Google doc. Remember to fully explain your answers.

What do you already know about the Great Depression? Do you know of anyone who lived through the Depression?

7. This Day in History-Go to the following website and look over some of the things that happened on this date in history. Pick 4 things which you think are important and send me an email (Titled: Today in History) explaining why you chose the 4 events that you did. Remember to fully explain your answers.
