1. Nouns and Verbs-Try out these new games which will test our ability to recognize nouns and verbs. Here is the Noun Game and here is the Verb Game.

3. Inference Review-We will take this time to review our Scope inference worksheet from yesterday.

4. Gift of the Magi-Finish reading our class short story,  The Gift of the Magi.

5. Gift of the Magi Questions-When you have finished your story, answer some questions.

6. NC Write-Work on your Christmas short story.

7. Channel One-We are going to watch Channel One news. Afterwards, you are to got to your Social Studies google doc and answer the following questions about the newscast. Remember to use complete sentences, and fully explain your answers.

1. What were the stories on today's newscast?

2. Which story did you find most interesting?

3. What was interesting about this story?

8. Christmas Origins-Work on your Christmas research project.

Once you have researched the above things, create a Google presentation that explains in detail the origins of each the items listed above. Make sure your presentation has correct grammar, pictures, and good use of design and color.
