1. Warm-Up Creative Writing-Look at the following picture. Write a quick short story about the picture. Be creative!

New Website-We are going to try out a new website. It is called Storyboard That. Let's take a look.

5. Channel One-We are going to watch Channel One news. Afterwards, you are to got to your Social Studies google doc and answer the following questions about the newscast. Remember to use complete sentences, and fully explain your answers.

1. What were the stories on today's newscast?

2. Explain in detail how each story might be impactful in your life.

6. Renaissance Art- Head to this link and let's read about how the great artists created sculptures and paintings. As your scan through, write down on a blank piece of paper, ten important facts from your reading. You must not have more than two facts from any paragraph.

When finished with the article, read the questions below and answer on the same sheet as you have your facts on. Use your facts and details from the article to completely answer the questions. Answers must be in complete sentences.
