Welcome back! The Holiday was awesome, but it is time to re-focus and get back to work!

1. ELA Warm-Up-Answer the following question in your ELA Google doc:
A New Year's resolution is a commitment that an individual makes to a project or the reforming of a habit, often a lifestyle change for the better.
What are three New Year's resolutions you would consider making? Why did you select these resolutions? Do you think you would be able to keep these resolutions for the entire year? Be sure to fully explain your answers.

2. Vocabulary-We are starting the new year a little differently in regards to our Weekly Vocabulary. I will give you a list of words from our newest Scope story and these will be your words for the week. Complete the following assignment using your new words.
